Recent Interest Rate Hike Marks Beginning of Higher Cost in Loans Says Kingdom Financial Principles

Recent Interest Rate Hike Marks Beginning of Higher Cost in Loans Says Kingdom Financial Principles

Burlington, VT (PRWEB) July 7, 2004 -

The handwriting is on the wall that the era of low interest rate loans is about to give way to a series of interest rate hikes. The benchmark interest rate moved up by one quarter percent for the first time in four years as the Federal Reserve upped the cost of overnight loans to financial institutions. Although the blow of further rate increases is being cushioned by the language of a “measured” pace for these increases, investors and potential home owners can only hope for comparative low rates for only a few more months.

Besides homeowners the rake hike will also impact the auto industry that had been poised to offer zero-percent-interest financing on certain sales. With the expected rise in loan cost auto makers will be forced to veer off the highway of meeting the demand for cars and onto what could be a rough road ahead. Investors at Wall Street, home buyers, and auto makers are getting nervous at the prospect of the prime rate increasing from 1 percent to 4 percent or higher by the end of next year. The rate increase means a typical homeowner could expect to pay an additional $ 100 a month on their mortgage. Student loan payments will also see a monthly increase.

Gene Jolley, President of Kingdom Financial Principles (KFP) and creator of the Rapid Debt Reducer software, has seen this coming for a long time. Jolley has been educating consumers in his debt-free seminars of the necessity for Americans to gain control over their financial future. Jolley will tell you “there are forces out there that want to keep you in debt” and people are amazed at just how prevalent those forces are. We live in a society structured for debt but that does not mean we should be forced to accept debt as a persons normal course in life.

The rate hike is upsetting to Jolley because he sees a working class largely responsible for the stability of the American economy, being seduced into spending more money than they earn, and then being hit as a thank you with higher rates. That is one reason why Jolley is fervent about his ministry in helping consumers eliminate debt including their mortgages.

It seems an improved labor market coupled with a robust growth in productivity have initiated the Federal Reserves rate hike as warranted under the umbrella of ongoing economic support. Jolley knows however that increased costs of debt means increased debt in a society whose landscape is already marred by unprecedented bankruptcy petitions being filed for the purpose of debt relief. That enormous loss of revenue is being recouped by the finance charges imposed by the lending institutions. Yet consumers seem eager to get into debt.

Gene Jolley knows that real prosperity happens when someone else holds no claim to your interest.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days Review (DS)

Pronounced “three-five-eight days over two,” the new entry to the increasingly convoluted and esoteric Kingdom Hearts series focuses on Roxas’s time in Organization XIII in the time between Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts 2. The game looks and plays a lot like its console brethren, something Square Enix is quite good at accomplishing on the Nintendo DS. 358 Days uses a mission structure that works really well for the handheld platform, but these missions tend to become repetitive over time. Combined with a plot that would be complimented if we called it “plodding” or “crawling,” the game simply feels too empty and unrewarding. The basics are there, and fun, but something with the pacing went crazy and it seems like Square Enix padded the experience a little too much. With customizable characters, a multiplayer component that allows up to four people go through the missions, a decent amount of challenge missions and other side quests, and excellent presentation values, there’s quite a bit to like about 358 Days, but the frustration from rarely making progress may become too much of an issue for some people. Unquestionably a decent game at worst, it’s worth checking out, but some healthy investigation may be warranted before committing to a full purchase.

OFFICIAL SITE: www2d.biglobe.ne.jp PLANETPHILLIP MIRROR: www.planetphillip.com Designers: Marc Ellis, Koumei Satou, among others Released: October 2001 This is an interesting one. Ellis wanted to make an interesting concept for HL. So he employs the help of Koumei Satou, a Japanese Half-Life mapper who previously made Peaces Like Us. It’s weird, because first-person shooters are a minority in Japan, compared to its frequency in the US and Europe. Anyway, you play as Gordon McGinley, and like most other mods, all hell breaks loose. But it’s a slight alternate perspective, done in a different place, style and pacing. It has a few branching paths, and the maps get weirder in some points. All a distinct style of Satou’s work. KS later made Mistake of Pythagoras, a HL2 modification that kept the same eccentric nature of his HL1 efforts. This covers the “training area,” simply a level that shows the events that happen later in the mod. NOTE: THIS MOD WILL ONLY WORK IN HALF-LIFE. THIS WILL NOT WORK IN HALF-LIFE: SOURCE, DO NOT ASK.

“globe trotting”

Artist: Solomun Title: Hypnotize Label: Diynamic Release Date: October 26, 2009 Genre: House “Diynamic main man, producer extraordinaire and glob trotting DJ, Solomun, delivers his debut long-player Dance Baby for the Hamburg based imprint on 26th Ocotber 2009. It is a staggeringly short time in which the Bosnian-born Croatian Mladen Solomun has exerted a considerable influence in house music. Just four years of consistent, forward thinking and innovative releases have propelled the gentle giant into the big league. His sterwardship of the Diynamic imprint, parties and radio show have won him an army of fans as well as providing a platform for other notable talent such as Stimming, HOSH and Ost & Kjex to become similarly influential. Just as early house did, Dance Baby distils disco, soul, funk and electronic sounds into a heady mix which flows like a classic DJ set ebbing, flowing and taking in the whole spectrum of moods and energies. This flow also lends itself to home listening wonderfully, a rare trait for a house album and one that makes Dance Baby all the more endearing. Dance baby!” Out At Beatport: www.beatport.com

Kingdom Hearts II – Beast’s Castle 2 Part 1

Intitial Status: Sora and Donald are level 52, Goofy and Beast are level 53. Sora, Donald and Goofy come back to Beast’s Castle to see how things are going. Belle is happy about tonight, wondering why the Beast is nervous. Sora and the rest come in to see the Beast pacing nervously, all dressed up. They don’t see any Heartless or Nobodies, but tell him to look out. The Beast asks why they came back, and Sora tells it’s to find a way into the Nobodies’ world. Belle descends the stairs, and the Beast tells Sora and the others that tonight is important. They head into the ballroom together, and Goofy thinks that they came at a bad time. Donald says there’s only one way to know, and he marches into the ballroom behind them. The ballroom sets the scene for the evening with its elegant lighting and a nice open room to dance in. Lumiere tells them they can enjoy the evening, as well as welcoming Sora and the rest. Then a voice calls out that it is indeed a welcome evening, and everyone looks up to see an Organization member, Xaldin, Number III, who had messed with Beast’s emotions previously. He says he’s come to take something the Beast holds dear, and attacks the group with Nobodies. The key here is to use “Learn” when you see orbs of light so you can unleash a jump attack on them, doing good damage. When the Nobodies are defeated, Sora asks where Belle is, and she’s fine. When Goofy says Xaldin didn’t take anything after all, the Beast realizes something, then runs off, with

Kingdom Hearts: End of the World Part 2

Mickey Mouse is a comic animal cartoon character who has become an icon for The Walt Disney Company. Mickey Mouse was created in 1928 by Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks and voiced by Walt Disney. The Walt Disney Company celebrates his birth as November 18, 1928 upon the release of Steamboat Willie. The anthropomorphic mouse has evolved from being simply a character in animated cartoons and comic strips to become one of the most recognizable symbols in the world. Mickey is currently the main character in the Disney Channel’s Playhouse Disney series “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.” Mickey is the leader of the Mickey Mouse Club. Mickey was created as a replacement for Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, an earlier cartoon character created by the Disney studio for Charles Mintz of Universal Studios. When Disney asked for a larger budget for his popular Oswald series, Mintz announced he had hired the bulk of Disney’s staff, but that Disney could keep doing the Oswald series, as long as he agreed to a budget cut and went on the payroll. Mintz owned Oswald and thought he had Disney over a barrel. Angrily, Disney refused the deal and returned to produce the final Oswald cartoons he contractually owed Mintz. Disney was dismayed at the betrayal by his staff, but determined to restart from scratch. The new Disney Studio initially consisted of animator Ub Iwerks and a loyal apprentice artist, Les Clark. One lesson Disney learned from the experience was to thereafter always make sure that he owned all
